Task FM was born in the field: its founder, Damien Dehoul, spent over 10 years in facility management. The company was founded in June 2023, the product team came together in 2025 and the first customers arrived in September 2025.

Chapter 1

The beginnings

  1. 2012 to 2023

    Over 10 years in facility management

    Before Task FM, Damien Dehoul held the very roles that use the tool today: facility services, site manager, workplace management.

  2. The trigger

    Tools he rolled out himself

    Rolling out a CMMS, digitising onboarding and offboarding, running tenders, managing multi-site providers: he knows first-hand what facility teams are missing. Task FM grew out of that.

  3. June 2023

    Task FM is founded

    Damien founds Task FM while sitting on the executive committee of IDET (formerly ARSEG), the French association of workplace directors.

Chapter 2

2025, the year everything speeds up

A CPTO, a Product Engineer, an AI agent and, from September, the first customers.

  1. Spring 2025

    Jonathan Rogues joins Task FM

    Joining as CPTO, he takes the product to a platform that is truly ready to sell.

  2. June 2025

    Clément Loeuillet joins the team

    Clément joins as Product Engineer.

  3. July 2025
    GregAI agent

    Greg, the AI agent

    Greg arrives in Task FM: it queries your data, creates records and produces your documents, with the user's permissions.

  4. September 2025

    First customers

    The first customers start running their facility services with Task FM.
