For each front desk, hours are set day by day and per host, with a colour-coded weekly schedule: planned, compliant, gap.
The front desk screen only opens once the host has clocked in. Hosts clock in from a browser, on a computer or tablet, with nothing to install.
Five minutes after the scheduled time, if the host hasn't clocked in, an email goes out. The dashboard also flags sites with no host assigned and appointments planned with nobody on duty.
Late arrivals, absences, early departures and overtime are calculated per host and per site, and the PDF activity report compares with the previous month.
Every piece is tagged and located: the move is prepared by scanning, and whatever is missing afterwards is flagged with the date it disappeared.
