The round agent walks the site with a sheet of paper. A fire door that won't close, a dead light: they jot it down, retype it the next day, and the provider hears about it two days later. On audit day, nothing proves the round was done.
With Task FM
The agent opens the round template in their phone's browser, with no app. The round starts with all its points pending, guided step by step.
Each point is conforming or non-conforming. A non-conformity requires a comment, as many photos as needed taken with the phone, plus the location and the category of the problem.
The round can't be finished while a point is unchecked. Once closed, it can no longer be edited. Every check is timestamped, with the name of who did it.
With the Work orders module enabled, each non-conformity becomes a work order (description, location, category, photo) and the provider for that category is notified by email. The round shows the work order number and status.
